No Refund -Only exchange policy

Please be advised that all sales are final and therefore non-refundable and only exchangeable. Please review style, size and color before finalizing your purchase. Damages and issues, Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately should the item defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, for our assessment and rectification.

However, you must contact us via email within 2 days of delivery in order to be eligible for refund or issuance of the correct item. To be eligible for a return due to damage or incorrect item received, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method.
Please be advised that it may take 3-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping policy
Please be advised that all orders are subject to processing time regardless of which shipping method is chosen at checkout. Our processing time is 3-7 business days (business days are Monday- Friday excluding holidays). Immediately your package is sent out to the mail carrier, you will receive your tracking information via email or text. Please be informed that the only information available to us is the same information you can see on the mail carrier’s website, once your package leaves our warehouse.
Once your package is logged by the mail carrier, please contact the mail carrier directly for further updates regarding your delivery date. To protect your package, we strongly recommend that you add Route Package Protection Insurance to your order.
